For the ice hockey team Baden Rhinos from Hügelsheim, we make reusable cups that do more than hold drinks: they bring together brand, sponsorship and the stadium experience. The joint project shows how an everyday item becomes a visible part of the event.

Your logo on every cup.
We print in-house – up to 6 colours in dry offset, on single-use and reusable cups. You send us your design as a vector file and specify the colours in Pantone or HKS. We check the artwork and send you a PDF proof showing how it will look on the cup. Whether a cup can be printed, and from what quantity, is stated for each item.
From idea to finished cup.
Behind Schägner Cups is not an online shop but a manufacturer: mould making, injection moulding and printing all work hand in hand under one roof. That’s why our advice is technical – from choosing the right cup to production approval.

The quality management system of Manfred Schägner GmbH is certified to ISO 13485 – the standard for medical devices, with the strictest requirements for cleanliness, traceability and documentation.
And because responsibility doesn’t stop at the product, our entire production is certified to DIN EN ISO 14001 and DIN EN ISO 50001: we measure the energy and resources we use and reduce them year after year.
FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
We supply unprinted cups from just one carton. Printed cups have a minimum print quantity that depends on the product; you’ll find the exact number for each item.
Are matching lids available?
Matching lids are available for selected cup sizes. When you send your enquiry, we’ll check which accessories suit your cup and application.
Which cups can be custom printed?
Many of our single-use and reusable cups can be customised. You can see whether a cup is printable on each item page. The print template showing the available print area is available there under Downloads.
What artwork do you need?
To make the printing plate, we need your design as a vector file, for example in EPS format, plus the size and position of the print on the cup. Before printing, we’ll send you a PDF proof for approval.
Which print colours are possible?
We print in dry offset with up to six colours. Specify your colours in Pantone or HKS and we’ll match your shade exactly.
Can cups be produced in custom colours?
Besides printing, the cup itself can also be coloured. Whether a custom colour makes technical and economic sense for your product is something we’ll assess with you individually.
